The problem is always two of the motor or one motor always didnt same rpm while we test it and Can’t fly, if it could it would only cause a fall and potential thrust lost (2)

check the order of you motors using Mission planner Motor test.
That’s correct and proper, number one is counterclockwise, number 2 is clockwise, number 3 is counterclockwise, number 4 is clockwise.
The motor order is A B C D, not 1 2 3 4

If you are sure the basics are correct but still can not find the issue, then is time to solve the problem methodically
