Drone Not responding to Transmitter controls while in air (Pixhawk FC)

after i arm my drone and gave it a little throttle, the drone took off to an altitude above 80m and it refused to respond to inputs i gave it from the radio transmitter. the drone after a few meters above 80m, it descended and crashed. what could be the cause of a drone not responding to the control inputs. somebody help me out
