Drone flipped. Motor balance-Fail, Test Compass-Fail, Test GPS-Fail

I was flying the drone using dronekit, travelling from one point to another. On the way, it suddenly flipped and crashed. On checking the log file, motor balance, compass and GPS has failed all together. What can be the reason for this ? I have attached the log file below.
