i did that but i am having issues with the esc heating

Did what? Does your craft hover ~4A as the log shows? Just put some regular 2 blade 4" props on there. What is the take-off weight with the battery?

I don’t see much reason for the ESC’s to overheat. Drop the rate D-terms to .001 and reset these for the 4" props:
PSC_ACCZ_I,0.46
PSC_ACCZ_P,0.32

i am replacing the esc and will update you on the same

also a quick qustion, i use silicon to cover esc components, could that be an issue?
