Development of a VTOL Tricopter and a Software In The Loop System

Good afternoon, community! I want to share with you that I’m embarking on the design and assembly of a VTOL with a Tricopter configuration, using the Ardupilot autopilot. I’ll keep the community informed about the progress and any questions that arise during this process. Additionally, I’m working on developing an exact replica of the aircraft in terms of dimensions, power, and stability within the ROS/Gazebo environment. This model will also be interconnected with Ardupilot. The main objective is to conduct preliminary tests for any parameter adjustments in the simulation before implementing them on the actual aircraft. I’m excited about this project and will regularly share updates here!
