CTUN.Alt doesnt match with CTUN.BAlt

I am not able to fly in althold because the CTUN.Alt calculated by the copter doesnt match with real Alt. I can see that Baro readings are really good, but the copter ignores it.

What am I doing wrong? The vibes seem fine too
This image shows the higher difference i had in the last flight between CTUN.Alt and CTUN.BAlt. The GPS altitude is good too…
