CTRL - Attitude Control Oscillation Monitor Diagnostics

I came across “CTRL” in the logs, which contains RMSRollP, RMSRollD, RMSPitchP, RMSPitchD, and RMSYaw curves, apart from the usual TimeUS. The ArduPilot website gives the following information for CTRL:

  1. I do not understand how to interpret the curves, and when to use these. Can anyone help me by explaining this section?

  2. My VTOL had the following output for this section:

    What can you infer from this?
