x8 (8 rotors) and Dshot - on Cube?
Is it not max 6, since Cube only have 6 AUX (from manual - DShot output is currently only supported on the “FMU”)?
I don’t know about Kore Carrier Board, but probably is no different there.
@Quadzilla How many “good Dshot 32-bit 50 amp” ESCs run with 12S LiPo ? The only one I know of is the APD X-class 120A. Haven’t checked if Hobbywing’s 12S thinghies are dshot-compatible, tho’.
Then why run Dshot when PWM does the job well ? People tend to do stuff with their X8s besides churning air, and need their Aux ports for landing gear control, camera trigger, parachute deployment and whatnot.
Why not buy the advance esc’s regardless if the ports are not available, Some of the new FC will use up to 8.

Ahh 12S copy thats more than i use…I use S6 so finding esc is not a big deal.
you can still use dshot in normal mode and when the new FC come out with compatible tec.
