Copter navigation problem

Hi,
attached is the log file. The drone flys to the first WP and than just stops… doesnt move on to the next. I also see abnormal desired alttitude values (spikes).

Can someone shed light on this issue?

And another question - what is the difference between CTUN.thi, RCIN.c3 and CTUN.tho?
