Controlling SITL drone


Does anyone know if it’s possible to control the SITL drone by sending rcoverride commands to it?


With mavproxy you and use the command rc 5 1500 to send RC commands.


Do you know if it is possible to connect to the SITL drone through COMPORT instead of through TCP?

i realised your link only shows me how to do so if i am running mavproxy on a linux system/WSL, may i know if this is possible with mission planner running on windows? Mission Planner -> Simulation -> Multirotor


This is using SITL through mission planner on windows, does anyone know where the ports 5760/5762 and 5763 are defined?
