Configuration of Analog Maxbotic Sonar

I try to get an analog Maxbotic Sonar working. I am using the Pixhawk hardware with the firmware ArduPlane V3.7.1.

The Sonar is connected to the AUX-OUT-1 of the Pixhawk using a servo cable. The sonaris clicking (and working I guess).

I changed the following parameters:
RNGFND_PIN = 0 (APM2-A0)
RNGFND_TYPE = 1 (analog)

But I am not able to get any readings (range and voltage).

Which parameters do I have to set / improve to get the sonar readings?
