Hi , my coaxial set up had a problem running after while , plz go through the logs , there is sudden increase in current , is this the problem of ESC or Motors
The current spiked because the Motor outputs did.
Other observations:
You should update to current Stable firmware. There are significant updates for Cube Orange from the old version you are running.
Some of your PID values don’t make sense. It’s not common for these to be so disparate:
ATC_ACCEL_P_MAX,55150.11
ATC_ACCEL_R_MAX,135885.8
And there is no precedent for the I term to be so much, if any, higher than P.
ATC_RAT_PIT_I,0.11082
ATC_RAT_PIT_P,0.07
And before you post another log perhaps disable LOG_REPLAY. It’s not particularly useful here and creates large log files.
These values I got from auto tune
Auto tune sets P&I equal. In any case it’s a bad tune.
So should i tune it manually ??
Are these atc values results in to spike in current ??
Update the firmware to latest Stable and start over from default. Set the Initial Tune Parameters and then advance as usual thru the tuning process.
