Change the direction of rotation of the motor

Help, I’m stuck, 1 motor has the wrong direction of rotation, does not respond to the reversed checkbox
I can’t connect to the controllers either, the error “initialization of serial 4 way interface failed” comes out
I tried everything I could
Pixhawk 4 board, Littlebee Spring 30a Dshot controllers

What checkbox?
Those are Blheli_S ESC’s right? If so flash Bluejay firmware to them and use that configurator.

So I can’t read the settings and connect to the controllers, how can I install the firmware?
