Change speed command not working in Quadplane

Hi,
im planning the same mission in simulator for copter and quadplane, takeoff-wp1-changespeed-wp2-changespeed-land , everything works correctly in copter but in quadplane change speed do not take effect, any ideas ??

For anyone facing the same problem, the speed set on the command 'do change speed ’ should be more than the value of the param ‘ARSPD_FBW_MIN’
