Can not change battery failsafe

Hello,

I am new to ArduPilot and Mission Planner. I am trying to change my battery failsafe options. The “Low Battery” option is set to 13.1 and the “Reserved MAH” option is set to 13. I am currently running a 3S(11.1v) battery so when I plug it in, the PixHawk emits a flashing yellow light. Because of this, I can’t arm the motors. I can’t change the battery failsafe because it is greyed out. Is there a way that I can change this?

Actually, I think the issue is that the system is failing pre-arm checks. It is flashing double yellow. What could this mean?
