Hello everyone ,
in view of a project in which a drone will have to survey a remote area without LTE/4G/5G connectivity , I am considering using satellite technology as a direct communication method with my drone . The drone will perform the flights automatically , but during the flight there must be supervision by a remote user .
Post flight , the user will need to be able to connect to the drone through Mission Planner or other GCS , with complete control . Before going into details , I would like to know first of all if there is an already established technology in the ardupilot world .
