Battery failsafe RTL misfunction

Why battery failsafe triggers rtl (if set to rtl) if it is already landing?

It happened to us that the aircraft entered battery failsafe while already landing and went up to rtl height. I think it shouldn’t do anything special if failsafe is triggered while already landing.

We already set the cone as wide as possible but if the landing spot is few meters away from take off area te aircraft takes a bit to enter the cone and can climb several meters before starting to land again and i think it is a dangerous thing.

So behaviour will change for copter too in 3.7? Hope i understand correctly.
