Shall I perform autotune when I switch from 6s2p to 6s3p battery ot it is not necessary?
Not necessary, the voltage range did not change

@amilcarlucas just wondering, I have a theory for some long time that if one sets battery gain scaling to cover, for instance, the maximum for 6S to the minimum of 4S, then the gains from an autotune for a 6S battery should also work the same for a 4S battery of the same weight. Do you know if this is true?
In theory that should work. But it means that you will be linearizing/scaling a bigger range of values. Linearization works best on a small band of values.
Try it out to see if it works for you. But in general I advice against doing that.
