Arm checks fail when arming sitl on hardware

Hey, so I lauched sitl_on_hw.py and it loaded on my board MatekH743(I configured for vehicle plane and simclass Plane). After it loaded on my board I opened mission planner and run into problem to arm vehicle, it says that it fails, but after force arm it works well, disarming works well. It says ready to arm, but after arming fails, after few seconds it is ready to arm again and still the same problem. Also it says Bad or no terrain data.
