Ardupilot / Pixhawk Support for Controlling a Parafoil Drone

I am looking for support for my project. I have a design for an unmanned vehicle–it uses an internal combustion engine to drive a propeller for propulsion, and it uses a parafoil / wing (basically a parachute) to steer. The steering will be accomplished using two multi-turn servo motors (BLDC) which will use attached reels to pay out or pull in brake line cables, just as a parachuter would steer during their descent. The thrust will be controlled by a servo actuator (rotating, not linear) pulling and releasing a throttle cable to the engine. That said, I basically need a framework / profile to start with so I can control (2) multiturn servo motors and (1) servo actuator. The two steering servos will use either CAN or Analog, and the throttle servo will use PWM. If there is any info / framework online in a repository somewhere that has anything remotely close, I can build from there. Any and all help is appreciated!!!
