APM GPS input from microcontroller or RaspnerryPi


I am relatively new to ArduPilot.
I am asking you, if it would be possible to use
some high-end geodetic GPS RTK receivers with APM 2.6 or PIXHAWK.
Is it possible to change the GPS input protocol, to accept, say NMEA sentences?

I saw the long configuration file for UBLOX receiver to configure it for APM.

I am also wondering if it is possible to use RTKLIB output as APM input, as
RTKLIB can produce much more accurate position when using DGPS?
