I’m building a new Quad Copter Drone, I expect its weight to be something around 4Kg, I don’t have any experience with Motors and and what should be the power for the motors I need…

Give ecalc a try that should help.
Basic rule of thumb, your motors need to lift 2x the weight of the copter. So a 4kg copter needs 8kg thrust, divided by the number motors. So a quad would be 2k thrust per motor at 100% throttle. That motor and prop combo isn’t that hard to find.
