Get eCalc multicopter software. It will calculate that for you and you can experiment with other combinations

It’s not, you have 3S configured. With a 4S as you stated hover throttle is high and max power is over the limit for the motor. It might hover for 7.5 minutes while the motors slow roast. This combination is not good for 1kg. Build a 5" or 6".
2205-2300kv with 5050 tri-blades will work on 4S
