After I install the Zubax GPS v2 into my Pixhawk with Copter 3.4 rc1 and calibrate the compass using Mission Planner, Mission Planner always prompt compass need to recalibrate in pre-arm check. My machine has two external compasses. One is a stand alone compass and the other one is the compass in Zubax GPS v2.
All compasses are successfully calibrated in the compass calibration process. But when I try to arm the machine, the compass recalibration message prompt. I disable the Zubax GPS then the machine can be armed
Thanks for your reply. I crash the machine finally. I get the log after repairing the machine. Any setting for the logs require or just use the default setting?
I had the same problem… and after many attempts to troubleshoot; the only working configuration I could achieve was to unplug the other compass from I2C…
