Zoom on Map wanders all over

I open mission planner and got the update window. Followed the guide along with .Net update.

On 1.3.48 build 1.1.6330.31.30
When I move the map and try to zoom in, the map shifts left, or right,or up, or down then snaps into position not where I wanted to zoom. Just in some random spot.

What am I missing here?
