The stock heater parameters as provided are under aggressive and will not bring the controller to the set temperature of 45 degrees C. I have worked with this a bit and now have the heater functioning - the P term was far to low. Some additional tuning is still in order…
Watch your board voltage while using the heater. Some have reported undervoltage issues during heating.
Curious to know if you’ve seen any sign of that.

I’m checking everything as we speak. I’ll monitor the board voltages and look for flucuations as the heater cycles.
