I just upgraded my 2014 Y6 to the latest firmware, did compass and accel calibrations and test flew. After a couple test flights I wanted to try an auto mission using Droid Planner 2.0 I set 4 waypoints armed the copter and set the mode to AUTO in Droidplanner. I then advanced the throttle and nothing. Looked down at tablet and mode was back to stabilze. I have my radio set for 3 modes- Loiter, Stabilize and RTH. If I’m correct, I thought you could still override these using one fo the mision planners like Droid Planner. Then when you want to take over you would just toggle your mode switch and take back control.
Is this not the case now and do I now need to have AUTO set up as on of my radio switch modes?
