X4: Unable to take off

Hello everyone! This is my first time to post here, and I am completely new to copter.
As mentioned in the topic, the X4 i’ve made didn’t able to take off. All props were installed properly (with correct orientation). ESC collaboration and all mandatory setup in Mission Planner had been done, but the prop on the bottom right (Please find the link for the video) didn’t seem to give enough lifting power.

In the first attempt, I was increasing the throttle until the quad lost its balance.
In the second attempt, I’ve tried to regain its balance.
In the third attempt, the landing gear was removed, it started to spin on the ground.

I’ve also attach the log data, hope it can help.

Need to turn up your logging so we can see the RCOUT values.
Because the one prop is not turning fast enough it going to turn in that direction.

set it to nearly all for testing and then set it back when you figure it out.
