WP speed change during Auto Mission_WP_Circle

Hello Community,
In Mission Planner 1.3.81 build 1.3.8741.25556 ArduCopter V4.4.3 (a7dc32b5)
I created a mission for endurance test flight using a WP Circle of a radius of 160 meters with 30 WP. there is a DO_JUMP command at the end so I can fly 20 loops of 1km each.
even if my WP_Speed is set at 1200 cm/sec the copter never reached that speed during flight.
