I’m about to christen my workbench and looking for ideas on how to organize my workspace. Pls post a pic of your bench, - shelving, pegboard, lighting, parts storage. . . I have essentially a blank slate of about 12 linear feet of benchtop.

Cover every flat space with bullshit and spare parts, and you have my workspace.
Once upon a time I had a big detached garage. It was just a bigger version of my present nightmare. And someday soon, I think I’ll be building another.
For what it’s worth, I’ve grown to hate pegboards. Better to just build shelves and brackets for your own stuff than use off the shelf garbage that never fits and falls apart.
