Windows 11 and udp problem

Hi, I’m using 4g connexion with mavproxy and zerotier on several pixhawks or cubes, with no problems on windows 10, but with windows 11 (23h2) on the computer of a client, it’s not working.

Pings are good, with wireshark I can see all the udp packets coming, but mission planner is not connecting, I tried several ports.

Any ideas?

I tried on another old computer I have, installed W11 and it worked… so I don’t know what is the problem with the first computer…
