I built an identical copy of one of my 7ich quads and copied the parameters over.
Pixracer Pro with bidirectional fw 4.4.2 with Holybro Tekko32F4 Metal 4in1 ESC(65A) on 6S battery.
Take off was in Loiter with some small vibrations but when I switched to acro and moved throttle to mid position the quad went wild and crash (see DesRoll - Roll picture)
Can someone help me to understand the issue? Thanks in advance

Clearly a bad tune. Could be many things, but clearly not identical in every way. I suggest re-tuning.
We flew today with three other identical builds in Loiter with strong wind without a problem. We were afraid to switch to acro. You think it had nothing to do with acro mode?
