Why is the Q_TILT_TYPE=3(Bi-Copter)75 76 servo not working?

Is it set up like Y3 X4? I applied the Y3 settings directly. The left and right tilting servos did not work.

wonder why no on the forum talks about the Q_TILT_TYPE issues!

q_tilt_yaw_angle set 90
