Why have params changed when updating to 4.4.2?

I’ve just updated my TRex 500’s firmware from 4.3.6 to 4.4.2. Being cautious I saved the param file before doing the update, and then did a Compare Params after the update. Some params have changed, why is that, and should I be concerned?

In this table “Value” is after update to 4.4.2 and “New Value” is immediately before update, with 4.3.6.

Same when updating another TRex 500 from 4.3.6 to 4.4.2 except that more params have changed. This time it’s a Matek H743WING board and a 4-blade head.

All but SR0_xxx are either runtime calibration parameters, read-only board statistics or default values.
Only one I am not sure is NTF_LED_TYPES.

OK, NTF_LED_TYPES seems to be irrelevant too, for it specifies what type of LEDs will be enabled, and I’m not running any LEDs from the FCs.

Thanks Lupus.

By the way SR0 is typically controlling rate
at which MavLink messages are sent to the USB port.

The firmware update routine automatically updates parameters if they where left at default and the default changed.

In conclusion, the parameter changes are both expected and desired. All is OK.
