I have an external M8N plugged into the Pixhawk 1 but after a year or so of using pixhawks I realised that I was assuming Compass #1 is the internal compass and Compass #2 is the external. Is that right? I disable Compass #3 because it’s not used. It works but I’m hoping that I’ve not been flying with a sub-standard setup.
In another plane, I have two compasses plugged into my Pixhawk 2.1, a Here+ and another Ublox M8N. Is there a way to tell which compass number the P2 is using for each?
