I have used the 16mm and 20mm because they are light. The effective focal length is then 24 and 30.

In both of the lenses, 16mm and 20mm, which one gives better result? Is there any difference in their performance(focus, sharpness, output, etc)?
Also, using lens in range of 24 mm to 30mm how will affect the results?

I think the 20mm is sharper around the edges. they are both very lite lenses. Sharper higher quality will have heavier glass.

I’ll stick with 16mm pancake lens for now. As it is available in my region and also its comparatively cheaper.

That should work fine. I have used it. It does not weigh much and is fairly inexpensive. I have used it on a Sony A5100 with good results.
