Where to buy APM in Dubai, UAE?

Hello

I’m an Avionics Engineering student from Emirates Aviation College and have a project on the building and control of a quad copter. However, I have very little experience in Arduino and have stumbled upon this APM Multicopter device.

I’d like to get one to be able to study it, any idea how to get it from here?
