i can not find the GPS_DRV_OPTION;
i want to use the moving base, direct two wire from one F9P to another;
the rover hang EKF3 waiting for GPS config; i have to turn the gps config on ,but it default baud is 23400

I think we can help, but first:
What autopilot are you using?
What firmware version is it running?
Chances are if it’s a 1Mb board it’s not a default feature. That’s true with a Kakute F7 anyway. It’s a selection on the Custom Firmware Builder:
