What's wrong with ekf3?

When EKF3 feels unhealthy, it gives control over to DCM.

Without a log we won’t know why it feels unhealthy though.

First. The download page is in Chinese, which is a major handicap for downloading.

Second. I “think” it asks for identification credentials to allow the download. I say “I think” because of what was mentioned in the first point.
