What proximity/LIDAR sensors do you recommend?

Hey
I would like to put proximity/LIDAR sensors on my UAV. Do you have any worthy ones to recommend?

Flight controller: Pixhawk 6X

It depends on the application and your specific requirements. Care to explain those?

I would like to use it as a safeguard against landing on the ground too quickly. The UAV itself is heavy at around 10kg and quite breakable. So I would prefer it not to crash during an automatic landing. Iā€™m looking for something reasonably priced that will allow an altitude reading of at least 10metres
