Hello everyone,
I wanna know what should I care while making the configuration for drone, which components decide the maximum altitude. I know while going upside, the pressure is going down and the temperature is also getting lower. But I am still not sure about how manufacturer writes that: maximum altitude is 3000 m MSL or womething like that?
Thank you for your attention.
As you go up air density reduces causing the propellers efficiency to reduce.
At some point motors reach maximum speed and thrust hits vehicle weight.
Long story short, it depends on your vehicle configuration

Also depends on local legal requirements.
Whilst you might have the technology to fly 2000m or higher above sea level, in many countries its illegal to do so.
→ Check legal requirements in your country. That’s why in the Ground-Control station you can set the maximum height above ground.
