What is the difference between CAN_Dx_ and CAN_Px?

It looks to me like the CANbus parameter descriptions are duplicated?

Just not observant, I did not notice that there are CAN_Dx parameters and CAN_Px parameters, not a duplicate of D. So what are the differences between the two Parameter sets?
