What does this Noise mean?

Running a Pixhawk with Cube Orange and Here3 GPS. Trying to troubleshoot this (what I assume to be an Error code) noise. Any help in identifying what could potentially be causing this sound would be greatly appreciated.

Could be “Startup Failed”
Connect to MissionPlanner with USB and see what it says in the Messages tab
