What color wire to use for telemetry connection to flight controller?

This may sort of be a “user preference” question, but I was wondering if there was any convention to this?

The question is, What color wire to use on the TX/RX lines of a telemetry connection? Most common I have seen is green and yellow, but also have seen white and yellow. Is there any convention, such as green is TX out from the FC and Yellow is RX in to the FC? Obviously V+ and GND are pretty standard, red and black, but have seen exceptions.
