Waypoint turning behaviour

It happen that all wpts are like this.

Not a big issue for me.
I just want to be sure that something is not bad tuned

The wiki says that the NAVL1_PERIOD default is 20, but some time ago it went down to 17.

Lowered to 15.
Yes, it was 17 as default.
