Vtol without airspeed sensor

I have a Vtol without an airspeed sensor.

Does Q_assist speed work with GroundSpeed if there is no airspeed sensor?

To use estimate airspeed, do I need to set ARSPD_USE to 1 even if there is no airspeed sensor?
