VTOL (tri plane) yawing clockwise constantly

Arduplane 4.3.1, Matek F765-WSE, Tmotor F1507, running a 5s battery, in a T1 Ranger.

on takeoff/arming the plane is always spinning in a clockwise rotation - no matter what the yaw input is

I have checked that the motors are level, and that left and right tilt servos are the correct way round (by adjusting max and seeing that tilt move).
motors spin in correct orientation and correct order
Center of Gravity is in the middle - easy to check because the holding hoop on the lid
going between Qloiter and FBWA the enpoints are correct
made sure the motors/servos are in the bands as per

AHRS correctly responds when disarmed (note the FCU is mounted 180deg with AHRS orient =4)
Have checked that Q_enable and Q tilt mask are set as they should be.

tried flying in Qloiter and Qstabilised with the same effect

bin log of flight and video of a separate flight but same behavior.

any thoughts?

You need some none zero Q_TILT_YAW_ANGLE with vectored yaw. You set your VTOL endpont to be tilting back a bit and then increase Q_TILT_YAW_ANGLE so they point vertically again.

Per this diagram:
