VTOL stopping the motors in a certain position

Hello, I am doing VTOL, and I need all the propellers to be directed in a straight line when switching to airplane mode, in this video (https://youtu.be/h-k9d4-AxlE ) it can be seen that the screws stop at a certain position, does anyone know how to do this

Yes, t-motor seams to think that is a important feature to have. Take a look at their products

This is the Raefly VT240 Pro. As for what you said, you can achieve it with a motor, this is not T-Motor, but T-Motor can also provide such a motor.

There are no mission planner settings (GCS), nor ArduPilot parameters (FW) for that.
That is something provided by the motor and/or ESC.
