We use a MFE Striver for our mapping and surveying projects and during one such event, the plane immediately pitches down after transition is completed and it ended up crashing onto the ground. We’ve done 9 flights before on the same day with no hiccups and smooth transitions and around 50-60 flights for this project alone.
The only manual work we do on the plane after every flight is remove the camera and replace the SD card (camera is placed inside a slot slightly nearer to the CG) and put it back and also replace the battery and tighten the strap. Tried looking through the logs but I’m no expert and nothing pops up as a potential cause. I’ve attached the log below. Any help is appreciated.
