Vtol goes RTL then immediatly QRTL (mission) unexplained

Hi I have a problem with my RTL in mission, I am trying to understand why did QRTL kicked in so fast so far away from home location (250m). So Q_RTL_Mode is set to 1, RTL_radius is set to 85 m but the aircraft was at 250m and entered QRTL. I can’t understand why it did that. After we saw that it went into QRTL we manually land it.
I had attached the logfile in case anybody wants to take a look. Any help is much appreciated

I don’t see a reason for QRTL at that point. Update to latest Stable, lot’s of changes since 4.3.7

that doesn’t explain the reason why it did that. anybody?

Try running the same mission in SITL and see what it does. You might need to adjust the Q_OPTIONS

I did that and it didn’t behave like in real life(all went well), I am confused on why.
